Rules
Before joining, please read all the rules ^_^.
1.) You must be a fan of the relationship between Nira x Kira or the rivalry (Pick which one)
2.) Fill out all parts of the form correctly.
3.) If you have a site, please put up a code before joining. Make sure the codes link back to this FL.
4.) In the field "type" for the relationship select what type of relationship you support, 'Friendship', 'Romance', or 'Both'.
5.) If you want to join both the Relationship & Rivalry you need to fill out both of the forms. But only code has to be linked if needed :).
